Who we are
Mike Cavallo is an entrepreneur and operator who learned firsthand how difficult starting a small business can be. After dozens of early attempts (many with limited success), he co-founded Painted Tree Boutiques to empower small business owners to start and grow retail businesses without the need for huge investments of time and money. Over the next decade, the company expanded to 60 locations across the country, partnering with more than 12,000 shop owners, before a majority interest was acquired by a private investment group. That journey led to the creation of Stone Flow Capital, with the purpose of helping business owners pursue compounding growth and meaningful transformation.
